We can use the JSON loader to suck in the backup_lvs array from the configuration INI file, so we do so.

backstep-traceback-auto will now cache a list of failed backups. As a result I can now add an option to list the lv's that have not been backed up and an option to back them up.

If you want an INI style configuration file, then yes. It turns the BACKUP_LVS "array" in the configuration file into a real python list.
If you are happy to get rid of the INI style of configuration and go over to JSON for it, I'm happy to code that.
