This is the last major code addition from Scott

Original description:

"The module requires that the account password is the same across all SLD
servers.

Added a command line script that allows the user to specify the current
account password for a server and change it to something else by sending
the EPP registry a newPW command on login.

Example usage: ./zacr-cli changepassword org.za <currentpass> <newpass>"

Check requirements for and create contact ids

This is the second set of Scott's code changes and additions.

"Some SLDs require the presence of admin, billing and tech contacts. Check for this requirement during the registration process."

"- Remove server address and port from config parameters array.
- Add SLD lookup helper function to provide information to client and
  registration functions.
- Provide domain name to client function. Needed for SLD lookups."
