Added a command line script that allows the user to specify the current
account password for a server and change it to something else by sending
the EPP registry a newPW command on login.

Example usage: ./zacr-cli changepassword org.za <currentpass> <newpass>

Some SLDs require the presence of admin, billing and tech contacts. Check for this requirement during the registration process.

- Remove server address and port from config parameters array.
- Add SLD lookup helper function to provide information to client and
  registration functions.
- Provide domain name to client function. Needed for SLD lookups.
